Initial consultation is free. It usually involves a meeting with the client to understand his/her business and how it currently operates and to ascertain the exact services required. |

We will then agree the basis for charging for our services. This will either be a fixed fee agreed in
advance before the commencement of any assignment or an hourly charge applied to an estimate of
the time required.

The fixed fee basis tend to be appropriate for routine accountancy situations while an hourly
charge tend to be more suited to open ended situations. |

Whatever the charge basis agreed upon, there is also the option to spread payments over monthly instalments. |
